Graduate Climate Intern – Jacobs School of Engineering

Samantha started at UC San Diego in 2016 as a first-year student and has been a proud Triton ever since! As an undergraduate, she enjoyed being a part of student leadership, connecting with students through the IDEA Center and Gordon Center, and volunteering in research labs. Since graduating, Samantha has been cultivating research skills in the Center for Energy Research as a Research and Development Engineer. She is excited to rejoin UC San Diego student life as a graduate student this year and to share her love of the campus with new students.
Samantha has spent the past couple of years searching for hobbies, and currently volunteers at the Birch Aquarium and takes musical theater classes at the La Jolla Playhouse in her free time.
