Jessica, a proud San Diego native and Mexican-American, is a dedicated graduate student known for their passion for social change and community development. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University San Marcos and is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at the School of Global Policy and Strategy. Motivated by her passion for public service, she seeks to address societal challenges and create positive change in her community.
Jessica is a football enthusiast who enjoys matches from various leagues like the Premier, Serie A, and Liga MX, and she is a loyal supporter of Chivas from Guadalajara.
