The Graduate Financial Support Unit and partners have been working tirelessly on the intricate and tremendous changes. These are news items and updates since March 2022.
With the implementation of current ESR projects and more coming soon, it has become more important than ever to audit processes, increase community communication and enhance the many intertwined partnerships throughout the Graduate Financial Support ecosystem. Processes have been, and continue to be mapped, adjusted, moved, shared, and explained, all with an emphasis on critical pathways to successful graduate student support.

GSR Tuition Fee Remission Nearly $20 million processed in GSR Tuition Fee Remission. Standard operating procedure set in place. Tuition & Fees Proportional Split Sandbox Created a tool for departments to estimate proportional split cost for individual or batches of students. Third Party Billing Aligned third party billing across not only Grad FSU, but ISPO. Third-Party Payments TA/IA Tuition Fee Remission Currently testing the TA/IA Tuition Fee Remission processing. SPO Alignment Sponsored proposal submission and award set-up activity (contract processing, etc.) is transitioning to OCGA. FSU will continue to liaise with students home department and OCGA. Launching 4 ESR Projects |
