FSPT Project

Overview

This project will replace the current Financial Support Request Tool (FSRT) with the new Financial Support Payments Tool (FSPT). The current FSRT is used for graduate student fee remissions, fee payments and retroactive non-employment stipends. FSPT is now used for graduate student non-employment stipends 2026 and beyond.

The FSPT Project has the following releases planned

  • Stipends Module Release (Live as of December 8th, 2025, see Campus Notice)
  • Fee Payments & Cost Distribution Release 📍

Timeline & Milestones


  • Mar 2026: Project Kickoff
  • May 2026: Design Complete
  • Jul 2026: TSS is live to students (and FSPT and FSRT remediation efforts should be complete)
  • Sept 2026: Development/Configuration Complete
  • Dec 2026: Testing Complete
  • Feb 2027: Production Testing & Deployment Complete (Cutover Complete)
  • Mar 2027: Go-Live Complete (End users transacting in FSPT for SP27/SU27 fees)
  • Mar 2027: Initial Training Complete 
  • TBD 2027: Hypercare Complete
