Óscar García is a Ph.D. student in the Literature Department with an emphasis in English at UC San Diego. He received his B.A. in English and Spanish, along with a minor in Literary Journalism at UC Irvine. His research focuses on how literary and cultural representations of gender and sexuality shape Latine/x identity.
