The purpose of the GEPA Awards is to celebrate individuals [graduate or professional students/postdocs, faculty, or staff] who are championing equitable access to graduate education and postdoctoral training, creating initiatives that support graduate student and postdoc success, advancing diversity and inclusion through research, and/or actively working to dismantle systemic inequities in graduate education and postdoctoral training through advocacy and inclusive practices.

TIME: Noon - 2:00 PM PT -- detailed agenda will be posted closer to the date

THE AWARDS
These inaugural awards will include the following.
NOMINATIONS
Nominations will be accepted via this online form through December 10, 2024. Nomination materials include a statement from the nominator and two names of endorsers who will be invited to submit a statement of support in this online form by December 10, 2024. Self-nominations are welcomed.
Note: nominations need to include a brief narrative, not to exceed 500 words stating why the individual is championing equitable access to graduate education and postdoctoral training, creating initiatives that support graduate student and postdoc success, advancing diversity and inclusion through research, and/or actively working to dismantle systemic inequities in graduate education and postdoctoral training through advocacy and inclusive practices.
