Mya Bolds

Mya Bolds was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She attended Xavier University of Louisiana where she received a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.  She is currently a Phd student in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at UCSD. Her research interests are Privacy, Human Computer Interaction, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. She aims to combat and improve racial bias algorithms in AI. Her hobbies are roller skating, electric guitar, baking, and drawing.
