Ph.D. in Nanoengineering
I am a fourth year Ph.D. student in Nanoengineering, researching nanoscale interactions within next-generation batteries. I completed my undergraduate degree at Oregon State University, and decided to continue my education at the Ph.D. level after discovering my love of research. I intend to use this expertise to contribute to the future of renewable energy, hopefully within academia or government research. During my time at UCSD I hope to contribute to the research field and better my community through various mentorship opportunities offered within my institution. I am very grateful for the opportunity to do this work, and for the numerous avenues of support I receive, especially the ARCS fellowship.
