Philosophy

John Kinney
I'm primarily interested in Kant's theoretical philosophy, contemporary philosophy of mind, and the intersection of the two (especially in issues pertaining to perception, mental content, and the metaphysics of mind). I also have secondary interests in language and epistemology in 20th-century analytic philosophy. In general, I find it fruitful to approach contemporary issues through engagement with the history of philosophy. Outside of philosophy, I enjoy running, climbing, and all sorts of games (especially chess).
