Profile
Shana has worked in higher education since 2005, focusing on graduate student affairs for most of her career. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Irvine and a Master of Education from UCLA. She's worked at UC San Diego since 2010, joining the Graduate Division in 2015. Her current role focuses on graduate student professional development and retention.

Shana played clarinet for seven years in her school's band.
