The OAR² Graduate Research Affinity Group fosters collaboration and interdisciplinary connections among graduate students across various fields of study. This group provides a supportive environment for sharing research ideas, methodologies, and experiences. The goal is to make research more accessible and less intimidating. Each mentor is assigned 2-3 mentees. Through regular meetups mentors can offer guidance and support. Mentors and mentees are required to attend one workshop a quarter to help enhance their research skills and expand their academic networks.
All graduate and professional students are encouraged to apply. The OAR² Graduate Research Affinity Group does not consider race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, and/or other protected categories as part of the application and selection process.

As a mentor in The OAR² Graduate Research Affinity Group, you will have the chance to share your expertise and provide meaningful support to fellow graduate students.
