Steffi started working at UC San Diego in 2020. Prior to joining the Outreach, Access, Recruitment and Retention (OAR²) Team, she helped foster community for residents living in Graduate and Family Housing. Steffi has a B.S. in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara and received her M.A. in Student Development Administration from Seattle University. She has experience working in Residence Life, Multicultural Affairs, and Living Learning Communities.
