This interactive virtual event gives prospective graduate students an opportunity to explore UC San Diego’s graduate programs, connect directly with faculty, staff, and current graduate students, and get answers to their questions about graduate school and the application process.

Why should I attend?
If you have ever considered getting a Master's or Ph.D. - you should attend! This event will feature live Q&A sessions with program staff where you can received personalized information, a walk-through of our graduate application process directly from our admissions team, faculty & current graduate student panels from a variety of different programs, interactive sessions with campus resource partners, and more!
Where will the open house be hosted?
The recruitment open house will be hosted virtually through the ZOOM EVENTS conference platform.
What happens after I register for the event?
Prior to the date of the event, October 6, 2026, you will receive an email invitation with your unique Join link to access the event on the ZOOM EVENTS conference platform.
Can I attend to only parts of the open house?
The event is design so you can attend any workshops and sessions of your choice. We recommend you create a plan.
